Company History

In 2013, Robert Dougherty fouded RJD Heating and Cooling, combining many years of experience in the mechanical fields. RJD Heating and Cooling provides design, sales, service and installation for both residential and commercial. The day to day communication between our teams allows for a smooth running project with ultimately leads to a superior end product.

Robert Dougherty

Robert founded RJD in 2013. He has over 10 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry. Robert oversees the HVAC division as well as developing the company’s brand.

John Pope

With over 20 years of experience, John oversees the HVAC division of RJD. He is responsible for the commercial estimating, design, buy out and project management of contractor accounts. John also coordinates the HVAC field work.

Peter Chapman

Peter manages the scheduling of day-to-day operations and manages projects for the cooling division. Peter brings with him over 33 years of experience in the industry.

Richard Tompson

Richard schedules and manages all field operations and handles residential sales for the heating and cooling division. He has over 22 years of experience in the field.

Charlie Sheely

Charlie has 9 years of working experience in the industry.He is a field technician on installations, trouble shooting, and of commercial air conditioning.

Rachel Lynn

Rachel has over 16 years of experience as an HVAC engineer and has worked for many highly profiled MEP firms. For the past 11 years she has held a position as a Sales Engineer promoting and selling VRF technology.

Bill Harrison

Bill has 5 years of working experience in the industry.He is a field technician on installations, trouble shooting, and of commercial air conditioning.

Samantha Roberts

Samantha has over 10 years experience as an office manager in the HVAC industry. She has extensive experience in client development and marketing.
